Experience in data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data *Responsibilities:* Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects. Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management. Experience building diverse, remote, cross-functional teams. Specialist: Applies experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.First Level University degree. 5+ years of experience leading IT, applications related projects. 4+ years of experience in Healthcare. 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse. Experience in data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data. Analytical ability to delve into detail while maintaining a broader business perspective on issues. Experience with technology products for data analytics (i.e. SQL, Business Objects, TOAD, dashboards, reporting, Web applications, Microsoft Office Software and Informatica ETL). Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Experience with project management processes and documentation (project plans, implementation plans, issue logs and financial plans, etc.). Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills and leadership skills. Experience communicating across multiple levels of the organizations. Flexibility to work off hours during project deliverables and on call support.
