Ø Experience in creating Credit types, Event Types, earning groups and reason codes in True Comp application for commission calculations based on lines of business. Ø Experience in creating various commission reports for business users to understand the payments of the agents. Ø Implementation of various optimization techniques for batch cycles to improve the performance Implementation of pending queue management concept to hold the payments of the agents. Ø Implementation of look up tables for commission rates for agents based on age bands, product type, withdrawal charge option and indicators.
