You are right. There is nothing wrong about fractions, or about learning
them. It is only the way they are often used in outdated garbage like ifp or
until very recently on the American stock exchanges.

I have had the oppertunity of examining most values for Pi used by man since
(I could trace) and believe that *without defining Pi or 'radian'* the sign
