Background: A while ago, I posted an A4 Paper Size survey that was
rather substandard.
That survey asked two questions: zip code and what paper size you use.
I had only 9 responses, 8 US
I just read an article saying that the Space Launch System just passed its

A big problem w/ this survey is that it demands that one answer every
question, which can be a pain. If you do this again, please reconfigure it.
