No idea "why" but there is apparently a long delay. I submitted my comments
April 16. At that time, only the 3/16 comments were listed. the 3/17, 4/2, and
4/3 comments were not yet listed as of 4/16. I had gone to the public listing
in hopes of verifying that mine had shown up. Interesting t

Pierre Dunn (Mar 17) and from
Lewis (Mar 16), but
nothing yet from John Steele, nor
from me (by Tracking No. 9).
Why is there such a long posting delay (between April 3 and today, April 22)?
