Ben, u-boot and kernel builds are part of the filesystem build. You'll want to build upon our version of the kernel anyway (i.e. include our patches). The fsbl is exported from Vivado, if you want to change that it's a bit more effort. I suggest getting familiar with the OE build first. Phil's lin

[USRP-users] N320 inverted spectrum when tuned below 450 MHz

2020-10-14 Thread Jason Roehm via USRP-users
I have an N320 that I'm trying out for the first time. I'm using UHD 4.0.0, and I loaded the corresponding root filesystem data for that release to the N320. I find that when the receiver is tuned to frequencies below 450 MHz, the spectrum is inverted. When you tune to 450 MHz or above, the spe

Philip, All the files are located in that same location Michael mentioned, sorted by product and named by release. So this should never go stale. https://files.ettus.com/binaries/cache/ If you're ever unsure which one is the right one for your version, you can check the manifest file, which is w

[USRP-users] Replay block in a bad state UHD-4.0

2020-10-14 Thread Rob Kossler via USRP-users
Hi, I am using the Replay block and I ran into an issue where I have gotten the Replay block into a bad state which I can't seem to fix short of rebooting the N310. The way I know it is in a bad state is that the data playing out is corrupted. Although the playout is similar to what it should be,

Mark, While I don't have recommendations for specific test instrumentation, I'd guess you could pretty easily characterize a RX gain vs frequency with a (calibrated) signal generator that is addressable over SCPI. Once you've figured out how to TX a CW at a given power level over the SCPI interfac
