Here's the exact setup for clarification.
There's big movies on Archive.org (3-8 gigs) that take too long to
download. I want to make a site where each week old movie fans would
go and jump on a torrent to get a new movi

It depends on where the printer is attached:
If the printer is attached to the Suse machine, share it via CUPS.
