Only Full-time students are considered members? Even though I've been going to BYU since 2000 I can't vote because this semester I've only got 6 credits? Why is that? I still pay tuition, go to classes on campus, belong to the ECEn dept., etc. Hopefully this doesn't sound rude or angry, or anyth
