But the latest version of Vagrant still throwing the same errors. Seems to
be an issue with ssh-agent-forwarding with aws in vagrant. I am researching
on it. If I find a solution I will update in the community.

At first glance I can tell you that you're running an old version of
vagrant (1.5.4) with the newest build of vagrant-aws. Because you're
receiving an "undefined method" error, I suggest that you update to the
latest version of Vagrant (1.6.3)
