[Vala] pulseaudio example

I thought this might be useful for others. PulseAudio comes with vapi bindings, but without any examples. Here is a simple example that uses their callback api to generate and play a sine wave. http://pastebin.com/h92TT5hD maybe one could put it in the gnome live examples page. best
