Job: Flex Developer Location: Rochester, NY Duration: Long Term Contract *Job Description* Flex developer to work on UI for enterprise application. The Flex front end will use web services to serve up information from source systems. UI Flex Development. The position includes working on multiple back to back projects involving heavy Flex and Actionscript coding. Candidates need strong object oriented coding with expert knowledge of Flex and Actionscript 4. Having an understanding of how frameworks can be used is critical. Candidates are expected to thoroughly test their code. Strong communication skills are critical since there are multiple projects with many developers involved. Candidates must have worked in a SCRUM environment with daily update status meeting experience. 5 years experience with complex Action Script. 5 years experience with Adobe Flex 5 years XML experience. Experience with enterprise or mission critical applications. Working knowledge of MVC. Very good communication and team skills.
