Hi Larry,
is there a (public) defect for this, and if so, can you please point me
to it?
Also, does it make a difference for the mentioned user if he/she
disables audio for that particular guest?
Between 6.0.12 and 6.0.14 we did not do any PulseAudio changes, so I
wonder if there is anything else what might have changed on that user's
system.
Kind regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen
The discussion of this bug is at
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1156876.
When audio is disabled in the guest, there is no delay.
I have tried to duplicate the user's problem without success. The only
difference that I see is that my openSUSE Tumbleweed (TW) systems (host and
guest) have been updated for a few months, whereas the user has done a fresh
install. I am currently preparing to install a new version of TW on a spare box
and will report my results.
My fresh installation was unable to duplicate the result!
The OP for the problem now reports that he no longer sees the problem, but that
he gets no sound on the guest. I will keep you updated on the issue, but it is
not clear what causes either problem.
Larry
