I am using vbox 1.6.2 with xp host and debian guest, NAT network.
Everything is OK until I want to access the vm using ssh.
I configured the vm as chapter 6.4.1 in manual. While I got this:
Configuration error: Failed to get the MAC value.
VBox status code: -2103 (VERR_CFGM_VALUE_NOT_FOUND).

I followed the manual for pxeboot on NAT, but it did not work.

Hello,
vbox 1.6 on f8 host.
Just after I updated my vbox from 1.5.6 to 1.6. xp guest was fine.
Later I remembered that the addition had not been updated. So I
uninstall the old one and install the new one in guest. Then the
nightmare began.
There is not any clue that

Interestingly, it does not crash with VirtualBox (interface). Only
VBoxHeadless (interface).

I followed the menual, used the GUI to add a host interface and used it.
Configured the network, ping gateway in guest (linux), it was
unreachable.
While NAT works well.
