How Do I limit the number of recepients a single email can goto. I need to
stop users from send a single email to ,like 50 people at a time.

Have anyone noticed a major password file problem that is occuring with
the Vpopmail 4.9 and beyond? It seems of late that over a period of time
by random uses, the vpassword files seems to disappear or some of the user
accounts entries in the file itself disappear.

But the name server is this:
mail.rentasys.com
How can do this using vpopmail and qmail?

I added a second virtual domain using the vadddomain bin from the command line and it
replaced my rcpthosts file with one containing only the new second domain, is this
usual? If so why? it's rather annoying!

and no:

The DNS server have ready the registry MX to the IP address
