I installed qmail / vpopmail exactly like it is described under
http://www.inter7.com/vpopmail/Qmail-FreeBSD.txt .
But I don't know how I can start all the qmail services, I tried the
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/qmail start but this give me following error:
supervise: fatal: unable to start
