i have been using fetchmail to get email from
my isp.
if i am using qmail without vpopmail, there is
no problem, but after installing vpopmail than
all email can not save into maildir, only in the
qmail queue.
what's wrong ???

We have almost 80 users using
the Fake Class IP address of 168.168.1.* . I think there is no need
to
open roaming for this group of user, since they are
located under the same office envirnoment. Instead, just
keep an entry inside /etc/tcp.smtp should be
ok.

Why is this a problem? Are you trying to deny certain users from relaying?
Also, this is clearly a vchkpw issue, not a qmailadmin one. Please don't cross post, as those of us on both lists get your message twice.

Dear All,
We are using vpopmail 4.9.6, recently. We
added a new class of IP into /etc/tcp.smtp ,
but vpopmail are still adding that class of IP
address into his ~vpopmail/etc/open-smtp for roaming.
