I got a program running first when mail arrives, and returns 100 if mail should not be
delivered and
prossessing the .qmail-file stoppes.

Yep, return 100 (and some bounce text) for bounce - 0 for delivery.

some of our customers could not log to the webmail (sqwebmail)
with their postmaster account, i don t know why,
so i replaced sqwebmail by courier-imap and squirrelmail
I'm currently running:
vqadmin 2.3.4
vpopmail5.3.9
qmailadmin 1.0.6
And have just attempted to 'disable' an active domain from vqadmin:
Disable pop access
Disable imap access
Disable dialup access
Disable change password
Disable web access
Disable email relay
