I use qmail, sqwebmail 2.0.0, and vpopmail
4-9-10. If I use deliverquota from sqwebmail, it work in webmail
system. But if I combine with vpopmail and download an email with POP3,
there is a problem in quota. Because deliverquota is not used by POP3,
so there is nothing happend in file MAIL
