[vchkpw] "not existing recipient" but why ?

hi all not sure what i'm doing wrong but i keep getting "not existing recipient" even for good know local users. /etc/tcp.smtp 127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT="",CHKUSER_START="ALWAYS" :allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue",CHKUSER_START="ALWAYS" uncommented the below in chkuser
