What is the exact error you are getting?
How are you accessing the imap account? From another machine or a webmail
account?
Chances are that your roaming users isnt working.

First - please avoid sending html emails to mailing lists.
Have you setup the from address in squirrelmail (under Options -> Personal
Settings)?
Also have you configured squirrelmail to use sendmail or SMTP?
This isn't really a vpopmail problem but more an issue with Squirrelmail.
