Description:
It could be useful to have a special user group named "blacklist" to be able to
quickly block a user from having access to anything. The authorization code
would check for users to be a member of that group, and if so, negate any other
access.
User's current reservations should not be reloaded. The frontend could change
the state to something like 'freeze'. The backend would then kill any
connections, block access, and possibly power computers off.
