I never used the autobuilder.sh script so i never really saw or used the
~/builder directory.. how does running the tests from there supposed to work?
how does it help to omit the hack? and how does the re-organization effect here?

I just tried to change vdsmd start prior order to 85 and it looks fine and
works, but we never consider counting on it and that's why we put it as the
last service to run (99) - the trivial dependencies are on network services and
storage services, but we might need more services to

I am completely against this.
It make the return value differ according to input which
is a big no no when talking about type safe APIs.
The only reason we have this problem is because there is this
thing against making multiple calls.
Just split it up.
