You have an MSSQL Server running on this machine and theres a DB by the
name of RealSecureDBLog that cannot be "hot" backuped without an SQL
agent. To properly back this DB up (with the log file) you have to
either get the SQL Agent or schedule a regular DB dump from within MSSQL
and backup
