I want to ask about NetBackup compatibility with the new Ultrium 5
Technology, especially IBM Ultrium LTO5.
Our company has planned to upgrade the backup drive from IBM ULtrium
LTO4 to IBM Ultrium LTO5 without upgrading the NetBackup version (6.5.4)

What are you pinging, the IP or FQDN? Sounds like a name resolution issue from
the client to master
