Colette, I had the same issues when designing NOM environment. In the end, no-one could actually tell us exactly what we would need as a maximum. I don't think it needs too much; it seems 40GB *should* be fine for ages, but we've got the luxury of being able to source an entire server just for NOM with plenty of space. Probably better to be safe, etc, but obviously it depends on how much funds/resources are available.
