The files are "database backup files". we are not touch those file between
1:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M.

we have DELL Redhat LINUX As 4.4 server with Netbackup 6.0 on it. I found
on backup log file have following messages:
03:09:11.602 [1201] <4> bpbkar: INF - Compression: 99%
/u2/hotbketdb3/tkcs21.dbf
03:09:11.602 [1201] <16> bpbkar: ERR - inode change time has changed while
backing up /u2/hotbk
