We are writing NDMP backups to disk. We are doing 3-way backups ... NDMP
sends data to media server, which then writes to disk. We are running NB
6.5.4. That is odd you aren't getting any error messages .. Have you
checked the VxUL logs?

It was my understanding (and it was also noted in a Veritas white paper) that
one could do an NDMP backup to basic disk starting with 6.5.2. We are running
6.5.3 and will probably jump to 6.5.5 soon. Unfortunately when I try nothing
happens. No error messages, no failures. Everything looks fine,
