servers. Would suggest try restarting the services on master and the media
servers before troubleshooting further because these kind of peculiar
problems get resolved after that

the performance of Disk Storage Units and Disk Staging Storage Units by
creating two files
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS_DISK.
Add the value 1048576 into the file.

I have never actually tried this, but you might try putting a SCRATCH_POOL =
entry in /usr/openv/volmgr/vm.conf on the new media server.

properties. I have added it to the BP.conf and the vm.conf and loaded the software
