If you restored the catalog, everything will be just as it was before
(with the exception of nbkms/etc you will have to re-setup encryption
accordingly). If you restored from catalog to a DIFFERENT hostname,
this will not work.
As far as your other question you can, look at the vmpool -add

Is there a quick way to copy storage units and volume pools from a Solaris
master server to another Solaris DR master server without doing it longhand via
the GUI?
I've restored the catalog but this doesn't bring over any of the storage unit
info etc...
I'm on NBU enterprise version 7.1.0.3.
