someone please remind me on how to delete a VSP cache file , seem to remember
having to use some 3rd part process explorer to find out what process is hanging
onto the file.

(http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html) to unlink
file handle and then you can delete the file.
