1) Is cross mount points selected in the policy.
2) What is your files list?
3) Is there also an inclusion for F: If you put F: in the exclude AND
include list NBU errors on the side of caution and backs it up.

If you're using an "ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES" designation for the backup list, in my
experience, it'll spawn a job for this drive, then apply the exclusion list,
and backup an empty (32K) image. Is there any data in your image?
