jobs due to busy
resources(134)Does anyone know which kernel sysctl or
configuration option or netbackup? option is related to this error?Is it
the number of maximum file descriptors or the fd limit?Anyone ever get
these in the past and then fix the issue?

What version of
NetBackup are you running?
There are some
entries you can put into bp.conf:
WAIT_IN_QUEUE =
YESQUEUE_ON_ERROR = YES
eliminate the 134s. I might try that.
