So the problem ended up being that the VCS Oracle Agent StartUpOpt I was
using was:
SRVRCTLSTART (aka. srvctl)
Since this is a RAC environment, srvctl seems to not directly call the
database to start, it calls for CRS to do itspecifically:
crsd.binwhich I'm guessing is normal

It looks like Veritas Storage Foundation 5.0 doesn't support Solaris x86
yet. Is there any plan or expected release date for the support on
Solaris 10 x86?

Nope sorry, no can do. VCS versions must be the same all nodes else they
simply won't form a cluster.
