The Command hastop -all -force stop VCS, no stop application, but you
need to check before if your VCS configuration are open or close.
Via : /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/haclus -value ReadOnly
If return 1 --> your configuration VCS is closed you can perform hastop
-all -force
If return 0 ---> you

will remain online.

But why not add the resources online?
Hastop -force -all is really only used for heavy lifting, like upgrading
VCS bits. You can add the resources on the fly using CLI or GUI

Im trying to configure SNMP traps from AIX and Solaris OS.
I can see there is this notifier process, which I have configured on both
the systems which is sending SNMP.
Is there anyway I can specify specific traps to be sent to SNMP monitoring
software. Any customisation can be done ?
