As Gene stated, it indicates that changes were made to the cluster configuration in memory (e.g. someone ran 'haconf -makerw', followed by some other 'ha' command), but did not save the changes to the config file ('haconf -dump', or even better, 'haconf -dump -makero'). Running 'hastop -all
