[Veritas-vx] Device showing in vxdisk list, but NOT in format

Hello. Not sure if this a Veritas 4.1 issue or not. We are using SVM for our boot disk and mirror.  VxVM for application data. = Sunfire Solaris 8 Foundation Suite 4.1 I am seeing devices in a "vxdisk list" but NOT in format. Also I am seeing "2" controller numbers for the same
