What do I need to do? I deleted some folders/files outside of Versions but now I cannot commit my project back to the repository.
Also, I added some folders but they have the same name as the ones I deleted. For example "panels" (Drupal module) is a folder I deleted outside of Versions, then downloaded the most recent version of panels from the developer, hence the reason the new folder's name is the same.
