Along the lines of the ongoing discussion about adding the ability to
de-select individual files before making a commit, here's a scenario I
encountered today where I would've liked to be able to de-select a
file:
1. I had changed the svn:ignore properties of a folder
2. I had modified a file ins

By the way, I have figured out that if I can get a
carriage-return-delimited list of files that I want to ignore, I can
paste them into the Inspector > Properties > Ignore > Edit dialog.
