Thanks, that was indeed what I was looking for.

In all honesty, it would be nice if this were collapsed into the Data
Status column, since (I believe) the properties are either modified or
not — there is no state for added/deleted properti
The command line SVN client shows me locally modified properties with
a second column:
M Foo/Sources/UI
A Foo/Bar
M Test-3.0
MM notes.txt
(I hope this shows properly in Google Groups.)
The two last lines have local property changes, which is why there is
an M in the secon
