We're sorry about the problems with the website.
The feedback form has been tried and tested, but for some reason it
failed the moment more than a handful of people actually started to
visit the website.
We're working to have these issues fixed asap.

Download link links to "#" and the super-fancy script fails to work in
Opera 9.6.
When I open Feedback link from within the application (which I had to
download via Safari), it goes to home page rather than feedback page.
