Nick, the one that I have, I bought at a fly swap many years ago. However,
you can make one yourself using a tongue blade and a spring type clothespin
glued to it. It can then be clamped to the front edge of your bench under
the c-clamp. I have made several and have encouraged those in my fly tying

There's been a question about size/kind of fly to tie. Makes no
difference to me as long as you don't tie one of those foot tall
presentaton flies like Don Ordes ties and sells for $250 + each.
