The fur swap arrived in New England and what a nice selection of flies.
Everyone did their best to find a unique fur and fly to match, job

So far, I have 20 swappers, and I've decided from replies not to make it a
'competitive' swap, and to do just one swap for all.
If I missed your name, please let me know. I'll top off the list at 25, and
then start a waiting list.
If you need ideas (didn't get the DVD), go to my rope-dub

Buggs and I had a knock-down drag-out over it and he won. So 'non-buyers' can
be in the swap, too. My leg still hurts where he kicked me.
Hopefully you'll like the flies so much you'll get the DVD. And then you'll be
able to watch me forever. LOL
Buggs says that's a good reason not to get

common man's book on entomology in the streams and lakes. The author is
very witty and fun to read. I have very much enjoyed the book. I think I
will go back now and skim it for his ideas and pattern suggestions. If you

Hi Mike,
Ralph Cutter is a favorite writer here also. I was reading the Fish Food
book this morning. Ralph writes a column for each issue of the California
Fly Fisher magazine. The Fish Food book is a collection of past articles.
Many of Cutter's observations about aquatic insects and fish
Thanks Wes - now I have some of the patterns he referred to in his book in
