Hi Gary;   For the last 6 years, all I've used is fiberglass fly rods.  I much prefer the action and ability to feel the rod load versus the high casting speeds that can be obtained with graphite rods.   That said, I typically mostly fish fast fiberglass rods which are slower than slow
