Mike, Just don’t take the cayenne capsules on an empty stomach, especially with something like hot coffee. From experience. Always eat them during a meal. Just made a pot of beef chili with garden veggies (lots of cayenne peppers & tomatoes) and stew meat, beans, etc. Yummie. DonO From: Mi
