I have a Logitech web-cam and it works fine for viewing another person online. I also have a web-cam built into my laptop. However I think that it would be difficult to set up a webcam in order to view someone tying a fly so that sufficient details could be viewed by another party. Most web-cams are designed to view a person's face and not the intricate details of tying a fly.
