Personal preference is per Rene, to share the pattern(s) with the group... and
so:
I'd ask three things: what was the weather like, what was the time of day, and
what colour was the fly that was coming
I've to file a protest!
This list is for patterns, and therefore if we have to share pattern we
shall do it on the list!
My suggestion for an easy small fly is a wingless adams.
And i like to replace the gray dubbing by a gray CDC feather

either a parachute or paraloop
