Seems like a very bad deal to me. I don't see what
After having some growing pains with my blogs. I've decided to settle with
Hostgator again.
And with that, I still have bmilam.com up. vlog.bmilam.com is my video blog

i have been having an ongoing problem with my posts on my wordpress
blog. I get an error message saying my link isnt usable to post to
digg. I got this response from digg support
Sorry to hear youâre experiencing difficulties. The URL you're trying
to submit seems to be failing a CURL check
You should check with your host and ask them to enable CURL (if they allow it)
as a first try...

You seem to have some errors in your stylesheet.
In wp-content/themes/wp-monochrome/style.css, the lines from 10 to 14 seem
to be some copy-paste muddle... There¹s some html code in there that is
trying to load a javascript file :)
Also, on line 89 you¹re missing a ³:², after your width
Btw, I¹m not sure whether that would cause digg to have curl errors, but you
should fix those bugs regardless.
If it doesn¹t solve the digg issue, I would ask them if they could give you
a clue as to what error in particular they¹re getting. It would narrow the
possibilities down by quite a bit.
wow that worked thank you very much

now that I fixed the digg problem. I noticed that most of my links for

ah, its a strange mystery why
If you¹re using wordpress you just need to go into Settings Permalinks and
set your structure in there.
I usually have it custom so that it just shows the title: /%postname%/

You can change it in Settings Permalinks.
Personally, I like the post number format. It keeps the URL short,
which means I don't need to shorten it to a TinyURL in emails, on
this list, or on Twitter. I can't think of many occasions I've found
a human readable link useful.

Funny - I was just Twittering this morning about how there aren't
many people making videos or writing about how to make money out of
online video or how companies should do vlogging.
I got sent a message by a company that makes something called Tube
Toolbox - which is basically spam
Jay, you're correct - google et al pick up on words - even words in a URL.
So for best findability, your URL to say, a blog post, should be very
descriptive.

This guy is the sole reason I have issues with YouTubers.
He made a point of attacking me directly because I was one of the few YouTubers
who didn't think that guy was sending a message or trying to warn people of
something.
Obviously I can't say for sure, but it doesn't seem to make any
difference. Google's pretty smart at reading post titles, and the URL
doesn't seem to give any extra weight. My posts come at the top for
popular phrases even with a short URL. Not sure they could rank any
higher, really.
I called the producer today and asked about what court costs meant
in the letter he sent me. He said that if I win they cover the cost of
filing the lawsuit ($20) as well. So, he confirmed that they will
cover travel to and from LA, lodging (2 days in LA), even $35/day cash
for food.
It all

This is a video about people who make videos with such attention getting videos
like Fuck Voting and then turn around and get really upset when people come
at their video with hate and vile.

Hi,
I'm playing with VideoCue 2.7.1 for Mac and it seems to have cured the
problems that 2.7 had with audio and video. So, if you've been turned
off by weird audio problems and loud fan noise when using the built-in
iSight camera, you should try 2.7.1.
