[videoblogging] setting a preview image - why so difficult in viddler?

I am trying to set a preview image in Viddler. It's not easy. When I upload a video, Viddler auto sets an image, usually a frame that is 5 to 6 seconds into the video. Setting a new preview image does not seem to work. I have repeatedly clicked on the "+" icon and then "set thumbnail." But the chan

Funny -I am now comoing back to the list after a long absence. I started following this list in 2004. But I never became an active videoblogger.
