1) Limit on numbers - We wanted to limit the initial numbers of the IAWTV so we
could create a nimble organization that in its inaugural years is capable of
getting a lot accomplished. That includes designin

The founders of the site create the first clip (aka "rootclip"). Then
users submit videos of what happens in the next minute. Viewers vote

used them (we're currently using Tubemogul to distribute all our
interviews), but I've heard some good things in reference to their
reporting. However, Tubemogul distributes to more sites.
