event, therefore you had every right to record.
Now concerning the agent. He did not give his consent to be recorded
and told you as much. He does have the right as a human being to
express his desire not to be videotaped.
yes I did have to have a badge but there were press there and there
were plenty of camera around, I just happened to be at the right
place at the right time..Since the orginizers of the show allow
cameras into the event, and it took place in the Rock Showplace
